Sales Admin & After sales support (Updated)

Job Description

1. Sales Support & Paperwork:

– Process paperwork related to customer and partner import and export orders based on  workflows

– Draft, update and edit as well as manage business documents

– Generate monthly sales reports

– Monitor current market information in the field

– Perform other support tasks as directed by superiors

2. Technical Support:

– Operate customer care hotline to answer business questions, provide pre/post sales support

– Inspect, repair and report warranty cases

– Perform other support tasks as directed by superiors

 

Requirements

– University/college graduate

– Proficiency in office computer skills.

– Basic reading and writing English to understand business reports and participate in the sales process.

– Priority is given to those with at least 2 years of experience working in companies in the same industry (household appliances, electrical appliances, etc.).

– Able to go on business trips when required.

– Honest, enthusiastic, responsible for work.
